As a result, with this Information Notice and Cookie Policy we would like to inform you on the types and purposes of use of the personal data and cookies that we process, as KRKS Law & Consultancy.

4. To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data may be Transferred
Your personal data may be shared with public institutions and official authorities if necessary for KRKS Law & Consultancy to fulfill its legal obligations. Additionally, data such as visit duration and time are shared with Google Inc. in order to improve the Website’s service quality.
Conditions stated under Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD are complied with in sharing of your personal data. Further, all kinds of technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure data security during and after the sharing process.
As per Article 8 of the LPPD, the personal data may be transferred based on the express consent of the data subject or in the existence of another condition stipulated in the above section with the heading ‘Purposes of Processing Personal Data’ without an express consent.
As per Article 9 of the LPPD, for the personal data to be transferred abroad, adequate protection is required in the country to which the data will be transferred, in addition to the conditions stated above. The countries, where there is adequate protection, shall be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

We will respond to your questions and requests within this scope, as soon as possible depending on the nature of your application, and in any case, within 30 days at the latest from the date of receipt in accordance with Article 13/2 of the LPPD free of charge. We will deliver our response to your application via the e-mail address you conveyed your application to us.
In accordance with the legislation, your application must include your name, surname, TR identity number (nationality and passport number for foreigners), address information to which we may direct our reply, and documents proving your identity.
In addition, in order for us to respond to your application in an efficient manner, your request must be specific, clear and understandable, the subject you request must be related to yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specially authorized in this regard and your authority must be documented.
