Dersu Arsan practices as an attorney at KRKS Law Firm. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Bilgi University and later pursued her academic studies in international dispute resolution at Humboldt University of Berlin, where she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Dispute Resolution.

Arsan focuses her practice primarily on international arbitration, commercial disputes, corporate law, contract law, and litigation, providing legal consultancy and representation services to both domestic and international clients.

Throughout her experience at various law firms in Türkiye and Germany, she has worked on commercial disputes, international arbitration proceedings, complex and high-value contracts, and corporate advisory matters, taking an active role particularly in disputes of an international nature.

Continuing her work in international arbitration on both academic and practical levels, Arsan has also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as a team member, coach, and arbitrator, and continues to develop her arbitration practice on international platforms.

Within KRKS Law Firm, she provides legal support to clients across a broad range of matters, particularly in commercial dispute resolution, corporate advisory, contract management, and arbitration proceedings.
